Scholarship Education Outreach equips students with the tools, confidence, and strategy needed to secure scholarships and transition successfully from high school to career. This dual focus - scholarship planning and early-career mentoring - supports local workforce development and strengthens long-term community and economic outcomes. Looking ahead, Scholarship Education Outreach is preparing to establish community and educational partnerships with local schools, districts, and youth-serving organizations to bring scholarship planning workshops directly to students countywide. In 2026, the organization will launch its inaugural annual fundraiser - The Veterans' Legacy Scholars Celebration of Coweta & Fayette Counties. This meaningful recognition event will honor the legacy of military service within both school districts, celebrating high school seniors from veteran families, veteran educators, and military-connected individuals who uplift and enrich local schools. The celebration strengthens community ties while highlighting the importance of educational access and honoring the families whose service shapes our communities.
